About the role

• Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
• Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed.
• Adhere to all the local govt. rules and regulations
• MIS reporting – Incident Reporting, HAZOP Analysis, Near Miss Reporting, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Safety
• Manual, Mock Drill Records, PPE Matrix.
• Liasioning Work related to Safety Audit, Health & Environment and other miscellaneous Govt. documentation
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
• Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials.
• Conduct risk assessment
• Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process
• Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices
• Training on safety fire and first-aid
• Safe operating procedures for various operations (Work Instructions)
• Maintaining & monitoring of flammable and explosives substances at work place
• Maintaining of industrial hygiene surveys
• Record keeping of Material safety data sheets

What you will do day to day?

• Support function to plant operational activities
• Incident reporting, Compliance adherence
• Issuing of Work Permits
• On-Site Training

What are we looking for?

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering with 4-6 Years of Experience in Manufacturing/Liquor Industry
• NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) Certified
