About the Role

This is a Mid-level role for managing Accounts Receivable for specific states where Indospirit group is present. This position will report into Credit controller to assist him in controlling Pan India revenue accounting, credit management & ensuring timely collection of outstanding receivables. Job would involve Revenue Assurance, Business Partnering with Stakeholders to ensure timely collection of payments against sales invoices, Order Processing of Customers, conducting credit checks on new customers, minimization of business receivable risk, Collection forecasting & reconciling complex month end accounts. Preparation of Robust MIS for controlling monthly accounts receivable for Balance sheet reporting and preparation of AR dashboards for management reporting, whilst highlighting health of company receivables & potential debtor’s problems. Supporting in regular statutory audits , adhoc business reporting’s , training & development of account receivable team members.

What you will do day to day?

• Ensuring Correct Sales Invoicing & Revenue Accounting for daily Sales across the States
• Ensuring customers pay on time & controlling overdue receivables & collection forecasting
• Controlling the Trade promotion schemes & Credit notes required to be issued to customers 
• Driving month end Accounts receivable closing & Receivables reporting’s
• Building monitoring & circulating MIS with respect to Primary Sales, Secondary Sales & Tertiary Sales happening across the corporation markets across different channels (On Trade/Off Trade)
• Controlling Inventory levels to ensure optimum inventory is being maintained across the respective outlets for the allocated states.
• Business partnering with Commercial & Business heads & clients for the specific states
• Managing Receivables ageing, debtor’s balances for driving reduction in DSO & monthly customer reconciliations
• Maintenance & timely updating of Standard Operating Procedures for all activities within the AR Processes
• Ensuring completeness/maintenance of customer masters and compliance to KYC
• Support in Implementation of ERP System for Indospirit group.

What are we looking for?

• Education: B.Com/M.com/CA/CMA/MBA 
• Experience:  6-8 year -Must have handled Revenue accounting, Credit management & collections accounting. Relevant experience in a liquor industry would be an added advantage.
• Team leading experience for managing a team of 2 to 3 people.
• Good business acumen for problem solving
• Excellent team work, organization & communication skills (Oral &Written)
• Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders across business verticals
• Ability to Keep calm under pressure & handling multitasking in a demanding workload.
• Proficient in Tally, MS Office & any Other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision)
