About the Role

As a payroll person, you will be responsible for processing the payroll in the Finance team.  This is an individual contributor role and you must be able to successfully execute the work against a timeline.

What you will do day to day?   

• Strong background in Processing and coordination of Payroll and other processes.
• Essential knowledge in benefit and compensation principles, Income Tax, and retrials.
• Separation in software and F&F preparation basis input from Company.
• Master data updating in HRMS and basic check/control on non-financial data.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances relating to Payrolls like PF/ ESI/ P. tax/ LWF and TDS.
• Strong knowledge of Employee investment and reimbursement.
• Strong knowledge of PMRPY.
• Generate UAN
• Checking of output report downloaded from HRIS in excel Vs Input. Variance analysis of payroll and accuracy. Knowledge on various perquisites under Income Tax Act. Annual Compliance Report for statutory relating to salaries. Employee queries resolution. 

What are we looking for?

• Graduate 2-3 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate with On-site team members/ Internal and external customers.
